Due to a tragedy at the pool liner installation company, the Floral Ave Pool opening has been delayed.

21st Century Pools and Spas is making every effort to have the liner in before the end of the month. We then need to install a

new shed/ building  to house the pump system. The better the weather, the quicker it gets done.

5/23/07 As you can see by the pictures the new play ground unit at CFJ Park is together and ready

to be used. Floral Ave is currently being assembled as time permits. The new liner for Floral Ave

pool should be in mid June, weather permitting.

The week of 3/12/07 The ground work for the new playground equipment

was started. The area was measured off and excavating was started.

Then came the snow. To Be Continued…..

Floral Ave Park

New playground equipment has been ordered with a February scheduled delivery date. As soon as the weather breaks in the spring a new pavilion will be constructed to replace the old one.

NorthSide Park

Our Park’s Department Crew has completed the assembly of new Little League bleachers and has begun the construction of a decorative retaining wall behind the concession stand.  This will allow for a better flow of foot traffic.  It will also allow room to drive a vehicle through there if necessary.
